‘I almost wish we were butterflies and liv’d but three summer days– three such days with you I could fill with more delight than fifty common years could ever contain’ JOHN KEATS

‘I want a brighter word than bright; I want a fairer word than fair’ Bright Star

Needless to say that I’m now officially drawn to this movie. I’ve seen the trailer for more than ten times now, and can’t seem to get over it. It is a Pride and Prejudice type of movie I might say, but I LOVE that kind of movie.  This movie is about a famous celebrated English poet, John Keats and his love interest, Fanny Brawne. The movie showed their romantic communication through the regular love letters that John had sent Fanny for the last three years of his life.

‘You taught me to love… you’ve never said, only the rich’ FANNY BRAWNE

with an interesting story plot, a little twist in the tale, plus the intense forbidden love between the two, the poor dreamer and the amiable realistic heroine will come to understand the turn in the relationship, although it might come as a shock.

‘it is a holiness to the heart’s affection, and you know nothing of that’ JOHN KEATS
